AI training & workflow clinics

Learn through
the work you
want to make.

Bespoke workshops, focused workflow clinics and partner-funded pilots. Shaped around the people taking part and the work they need to do.

01 / Your team

Work on a
real creative task.

Work through a creative task together: research, editorial organisation, visual development or production planning. Leave with a method you can inspect and use again.

02 / A specific task

Bring the part
that is getting stuck.

Bring the point where a process gets stuck. A workflow clinic explores what could help, what the tool needs and what remains a human decision.

03 / A partnership

Fund time
to learn and make.

Co-design a pilot around a community's ambitions, starting points and access needs, with useful materials and support beyond a single demonstration.

Start with the people.

Sessions can adapt to different creative disciplines, technical confidence and equipment. We discuss the audience, task, support needs and intended result before defining the programme.

We're particularly interested in partnerships supporting creatives of colour and people already facing barriers to opportunity through the AI transition.

There are no fixed public course dates at present. Tell us what you would like to work on.

A small demonstration / Fictional example

From scattered notes
to a better question.

This fictional example shows how we keep track of what the research supports, what is still an idea and who we need to speak to next.

01 / The notes

A local repair group meets on Saturdays. Two interviews describe different reasons people attend.

02 / The distinction

These are individual accounts. They suggest questions; they do not establish a community-wide result.

03 / The next move

Follow one participant's experience, check the wider context and keep each claim linked to its source.
